Cyberspace was founded in 1995 and commenced operation same year as a wholly owned Nigerian Company.

With a mission to providing excellent value added ICT services and cutting edge networking solutions,  cybersace-aboutusheader-720x260 (1)  the company has been able to distinguish itself as a complete network and software solution provider in the industry with its state of the art and world class internet protocol(IP) infrastructure.Cyberspace is reputed for being the first to build a world class converged IP network that supports applications based on the 3 hierarchical models in 2002.

Cyberspace successfully deployed 3 earth stations (Hubs) across the country.The company is well positioned to provide connectivity with VSAT solutions using both I-Direct and SCPC platform and the 3.5 GHz Fixed Wireless Access Solutions on cable technology (FWA License) acquired from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for metro connectivity within Lagos and Delta States.

Cyberspace was the first service provider to implement the MPLS backbone in Nigeria. In furtherance to its commitment to providing top-notch services owing to the dynamism of consumer’s habits, explosive growth of data and cloud based computing; Cyberspace in 2014 deployed a 4G LTE network infrastructure to bring to her customers to undeniable feel of 10x SPEED, MOBILITY, SECURITY, THROUGHPUT AND REDUCED LATENCY.

Cyberspace has made a number of landmarks to its credits. The company’s software group has developed solutions, which have gained industry acceptance having satisfied all industry standards, for various organizations. These solutions include; epayment, e-pin recharge system, staff appraisal system, intelligent revenue and sales Manager(IRSM), workflow system, point of sales Terminals and inventory application, document management system, web based check payment system, mobile application based on BREW, CDMA-Based POS Terminal Applications and workflow systems.

It is worthy of note that cyberspace is the first partner on CRM with Microsoft in Nigeria. Cyberspace also deployed the first nationwide Computer based Testing Solution adopted by Joint Admission Matriculation Board. Highly secured and scalable to accommodate millions of connections in adherence to global practices and producing world class standard applications.

Cyberspace has established a variety of strategic partnerships with various world class providers of ICT which includes Cisco Systems, I Direct, Microsoft, IBM, Airspan, Newskies, Cetel of Germany, Skyvision, Ceragon, Redline Communications, Vecima Networks, ADC Krone, NigComsat, Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) and host of others.

Cyberspace has consistently won various awards since its inception. The company was awarded the network solution provider of the year 2008 and 2009 by the Nigerian Telecoms Awards as a proof of its capability to deliver quality service to its customers.
